Simple application:

£750 – £1000 (based on 3-4 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include typical small corner shop or restaurant who is to or selling alcohol by way of retail to public

​​Medium complexity:

£1000 – £2000 (based on 4-8 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include medium sized shop or restaurant who is to or already selling alcohol by way of retail to public

​​High complexity:

£2000 – £3000 (based on 8-12 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include large sized shop or restaurant, except supper market, who is to or already selling alcohol by way of retail to public​

Please note that the above prices information are not applicable to franchised entity and such application cost need to be obtained from us in advance. The above prices exclude of VAT and disbursements.

​Mandatory requirement

• The price displayed is to include:

• Taking your client’s instructions

• Advising them as to how they can promote the licensing objectives within their premises licence application

• Advising on the type of plans required to accompany their application

• Completing and submitting the application

• Disclosing the application to the responsible authorities

• Making arrangements for the necessary advertising of the application.
